Mana Pool National Park retains the WordPress title used by this collection and refers to Mana Pools National Park on the lower Zambezi. Floodplains, woodland and seasonal pools create a beautiful, open safari landscape.
Safari beyond the vehicle
Walking and canoeing are central to the region’s appeal, allowing experienced guides to interpret wildlife and landscape at a slower pace. Elephant, wild dog, lion and other species use the riverine ecosystem.
Remote by design
Mana Pools is seasonal and comparatively remote, which is part of its character. It suits travellers comfortable with a more adventurous safari and combines naturally with Hwange, Lake Kariba or Victoria Falls.
