Tokoriki Island Resort is an adults-only boutique resort in Fiji’s Mamanuca Islands, designed for a maximum of 72 guests. There are 36 freestanding beachfront bures and villas, keeping the scale intimate and ensuring the sea is never far away. The minimum guest age is 16, so the atmosphere is intentionally quiet and couple-focused.
Accommodation
The accommodation mix includes eight Beachfront Bures, 18 Beachfront Pool Bures, seven Beachfront Pool Villas and three Pool Villas. Contemporary Fijian design, outdoor showers, private terraces and, in many categories, personal pools create plenty of space to stay private. There are no high-rise blocks or long internal corridors – the resort is arranged as a tropical island village along the shore.
Dining, wellness and time at the property
Days can be as active or as uneventful as guests choose. Snorkelling, diving, tennis, spa treatments, island picnics and time on the water are all available, while the main pool and beach make doing very little equally easy. Dining uses South Pacific and Asian influences, with changing menus and private settings including the jetty, villas and oceanfront decks.
Island time
There are enough activities to fill every day, but Tokoriki is at its best when the itinerary remains loose. Weather and sea conditions naturally shape snorkelling, diving and boat trips, and a free afternoon often becomes one of the most enjoyable parts of the stay.
How it fits into a Private Hideaway Escapes itinerary
Tokoriki can be reached from the Nadi area by helicopter in around 15 minutes or by speedboat or scheduled catamaran in roughly an hour, depending on service and conditions. We would normally stay at least four nights because transfer days consume part of the holiday. It is particularly well suited to honeymoons and adult-only beach time after a longer Australia or New Zealand itinerary.
