The current ORA configuration accommodates up to 14 guests across five main-house bedrooms and two private apartments, with around 700 square metres of interior space. The villa is arranged over three levels connected by a lift. Bedrooms are en suite, and the separate apartments add flexibility for extended families, staff or friends who want slightly more independence.

Outside, the heated infinity pool is the focal point, backed by sun terraces and alfresco dining. There is direct private sea access, a Finnish sauna, Jacuzzi, fitness studio, wine space and four parking places.
