Gateway to the islands
Port Denarau is a principal departure point for ferries, cruises and private charters into the Mamanuca and Yasawa groups. This makes Denarau particularly useful for a first or final night around an island itinerary.

Denarau is more developed than Fiji’s remote islands, which can be exactly the point for families or travellers wanting extensive facilities. It works best when its polished resort character is chosen deliberately.
