Six tents in a secluded Naboisho valley
Kicheche Naboisho Valley Camp, now styled Kicheche Valley Naboisho, occupies a hillside in the private Mara Naboisho Conservancy. With only six elevated tents, it is one of the smallest camps in the Greater Mara and has a particularly personal atmosphere.
Accommodation
Five standard tents and one family suite are raised on eco-conscious platforms among acacia woodland and rocky outcrops. En-suite bathrooms have hot and cold showers and flushing toilets, while overhead fans, solar power, charging points and Wi-Fi add practical comfort.
The main lounge takes advantage of the elevated valley views, and a dedicated spa tent provides massage, manicure and pedicure treatments.
Naboisho Conservancy
The 50,000-acre conservancy protects an important wildlife corridor between the Masai Mara ecosystem and the Loita Plains. It is particularly well known for lions but supports elephant, giraffe, wildebeest, zebra and a broad range of smaller predators and birdlife.
Safari activities
Day and night game drives are complemented by guided walks, optional wild camping, community encounters and hot-air ballooning. The ability to remain out after dark gives Naboisho a different rhythm from safari inside the national reserve.

Why we like it
Six tents is a meaningful level of intimacy. Combined with Naboisho’s wildlife and range of activities, it makes this one of the strongest choices for travellers who want a small camp without giving up comfort.
